Recipe Ingredients:
High-protein wheat flour 2kg.
Instant yeast / instant yeast 30 grams.
White butter / margarine 100 grams.
100 grams of sugar.
1200 ml of cold water.
30 grams of milk powder.
Bread improver 6 grams.
25 grams of fine salt.

How to make the recipe ingredients:
1. Mix these ingredients in a recipe: flour, yeast, sugar, milk powder, bread improver, salt, and stir well.

2. Enter recipe batter mixture into the bread mixer bowl. Pour water / cold water little by little and margarine. Start the mixer to speed 2 for 12 minutes or until the dough forms a smooth and elastic. Mixing process can be done manually by hand to form a smooth dough recipe.

7. Bake in oven temperature at 190 degrees for 30 minutes or until bread cooked and golden brown.

8. Remove the loaves from the oven, let cool. Boxed with plastic bag / plastic wrap / paper bread. Bread is ready for market.
This recipe is enough for 8 baking pan.

Tips:
